用途：
一、温室中的应用 在温室内部，防草布的应用方式主要有三种：整体地面防护、局部地面防护、苗床基层。
1．整体地面防护 采用温室地面满铺方式，应用于蔬菜及花卉的无土栽培、作物盆栽等情况，温室地面直接采用地布铺设，不需要另外修建地面。作物摆放可以根据地布上的标志线准确操作。有时，种植者为保护地布或增加地布表面的附着水量，也在地布表面铺设一层20毫米左右的细沙。
2．局部地面防护 这种用法主要是与苗床配合，为防止苗床下部产生杂草从而孳生病害。在苗床的下部铺设地布，这是目前我国温室中最常见的用法之一，采用这种方式也可以减少苗床下部的积水（特别是在苗床整体灌溉的情况下），从而调节温室内的湿度。

防草布作为一种抑制杂草和保持地面整洁的材料，防草布在室外盆栽花卉、苗圃、大型庭院美化、葡萄、果树、枸杞、茶树种植等领域得到了广泛的应用，在整个种植领域已成为一种高标准栽培模式的一部分。采用防草布以后，可以省去大量的地坪建设费用和施工时间，配合地布的基层处理方法，不仅可以保持地面水土及地坪的稳定，还可以更加方便地解决排水、杂草抑制等问题。 防草布也可以应用于树木的根部保护，在树木根部附近使用地布可以有效减少根部杂草的生长，从而减少了根区营养和水分的散失。该种用途的防草布为块状或条状，均在表面设置了标志线作为种植切口。这些切口在树木定植后都要进行热合处理，以保证防草布的完整性和功能。 在树木移栽时，也可以用地布对树木根部进行包裹，以减少根部杂草的生长，防止树木根系的无效生长，保证树木根部的透气性、透水性等，同时地布还可以保护树木根系在运输、暂存过程中免受外界伤害。 可完全替代农膜使用，且效果比农膜更好！ II.
